Dear witches, wizards, warlocks, and all other magical peoples of the Midwest - We cordially invite you to spend the winter holidays with us at Hopshaven, the Kansas City Academy of Magic located at Vignettes Cocktail Bar. Whether you are a new student who has just received your magical letter, or transfer from Beetlebumps, Merlin’s Magic Academy, Picklenose School for Enchantment, or any magical school in the past, present, future or parallel worlds, we entreat you to join us for our WINTER OF WIZARDRY FESTIVITIES which shall range from December the Fifteenth to January the Twenty Seventh!  

During your time at Hophaven, you shall be bewitched by our enchanting ambience, explore the forbidden sections of our arcane libraries and delight in the Potions Class where you shall learn of tastes and sensations that non-magical beings can only dream of. Here you shall ingest directly from cauldrons of concoctions, sip bubbling batches of bewitching and befuddling beverages and explore deeper into the CHAMBER OF SPIRITS!  

But TAKE CARE WIZARDS AND WITCHES - for you are not simply invited to enjoy the sights and sounds of this extravagant and enchanting tableau - but indeed - if you so choose, you are invited to solve a mystery! The Tome of Tonics, the great book containing the recipes of Professor Dinkledraught has gone missing - and - it is up to you to find it - by participating in an (optional) scavenger hunt throughout the Academy - and unearthing the truth and claiming your just reward! Make Sure to Select the optional add on “and the Tome of Tonics” if you wish to participate in the scavenger hunt for an additional $10, which will, provided you finish the scavenger hunt, gain you the very special souvenir prize!
